Most of the time we walk around unconscious of it.


Guarded and protected.


Locked up.


Until something bumps it. Triggers it. Sets it loose.


You know...


That really uncomfortable shit that makes you overreact, lash out, ugly cry or just feel deeply deeply uncomfortable.


This "stuff" ain't going NOWHERE until you feel the fullness of it.


Acknowledge it. Accept it. Process it and let it go.


Yeah, it's painful.


Everything we've shoved away or don't even realize is even there.


*Resentment

*Guilt

*Desires

*Blame

*Shame

*Fear

*Envy

*Jealousy

*Trauma

*Entanglement

*Trauma Bonds


ATTACHMENTS.


Triggers are a gift!


They come up to show you what you are still holding within you that is causing you limitations, constriction and suffering.


They show you what's holding you back from fully embodying your most authentic self and greatest potential.


So the next time you feel triggered, instead of lashing out or running away... Take a pause and try to just observe yourself experiencing it.


Ugly cry, journal, take breaks in nature, dance, whatever you need to process it with conscious awareness so you honour what is coming up, accept it, witness it and let it go.

Don't let it anchor back down into attachment, heaviness & weight in the body.


Liberate yourself from suffering!!!
